Dr. Chancellor is a great doctor. He is knowledgeable. He listens. He is very smart. He is the best doctor I've had in 51 years of living. I trust him and I generally don't trust anyone. And you WANT a doctor you can trust.

As for the 'negative' reviews, all I can say is the staff can be a little short-handed at times (true of ALL medical offices!) but they really do try their best to help people and get the job done. Cut them a little slack.

For QUALITY healthcare, you can't do better than Dr. Jon Chancellor in Kerrville.

Very poor staff, rude and uninformed. Dr. was unhelpful and wasted my time and money. There are better choices... MUCH better!

I take my daughter to see Dr. Chancellor and I think that he is the best physician out there. His office staff is very welcoming. And the nurses are very helpful. He is easy to get along with and listens to what I have to say concerning my daughter. There is a reason why he was named best physician in Kerrville for 2010. If you are looking for a new dr. He's the one to go to.
