Absolutely beside myself that people that work for hospitality could have such rude inconsiderate attitude towards customers. I came from a very clean home never had a bug problem till I stayed at Falstaff. Bed bugs. If there was a way to contact a corporate office about such an awful experience with flagstaff Inn I would.

My job brought me to Kerrville, I decided to stay here because the price was right. I got a double room with a kitchenette for $215 a week. The rooms are kept pretty clean, although the place needs some updating.
