Do not waste your time here. Husband had ruptured Achilles, PA sent us over to MRI Now, only to be told we had to wait for authorization from the insurance company. Called the clinic the next day to see what the status was and Cynthia tells me that she’s given the info to insurance and now it’s wait and see. I asked if she had called them and she tells me again like I’m hard of hearing “I gave them the information, you’ll have to wait til we hear back”. I called insurance myself - they tell me we don’t need authorization. Called Peterson and had the MRI done the next morning. The next afternoon Cynthia calls to tell us it’s okay to go get the MRI. Lazy, incompetent. If you’re looking for pills, MAYBE they’d be worth it. If you’re really hurt, go to the ER.
