Our water system kept freezing up, and in an odd way. Kerrville plumbing tried different fixes, and we think we've got it right on the third try. So why the 5star rating? It's a complicated problem, tough to identify and trial and error was the only way to solve it. And on try #2, the owner got personally involved. Also on try #3, and he was really wanting to solve it, so they came out early while things were still frozen. We think it's solved now, and impressively, there was no charge after visit #1. I would recommend them to anyone.

Four words to describe there service: HONEST, KNOWEABLE, REASONALBLE AND PROFESSIONAL !!!! Ben and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to be around. Not only did they quote us the best price of all the estimates we received, they did an outstanding job. We got 4 estimates total, and it seemed like, that all the other companies were trying to take advantage of us, because of the situation we had.



They brought in throw blankets and covered all the carpets and other flooring where they were working. The work was done in less time then estimated, even though they ran into a small problem that was not foreseeable (lines in walls). after completion of the job, they clean all areas where they worked at, and I have to say it was spotless.( I could've not done a better job).



I highly recommend their service.



Hopefully, I don't have any more pluming problems, but if I do, there is only one company I would call.

We don't usually write on a social page; however, Kerrville Plumbers are very very good and fair in work and cost. Steve and sons are the very best we have had here. We have in the past had other plumbers and the self exalted "premier company" to work at our home. This "premier company" is high priced for nothing. We recently moved to Kerrville and encountered major plumbing problems with our new home. We dealt with two local companies before we found Kerrville Plumbing, an outstanding company. It's a small family owned business, a father and his two sons, so you know who will be dealing with, as opposed to getting whatever technician that may be available. They were reasonable, very professional and, most importantly, knew what they are doing. They didn't just fix the problem, but went to great lengths to minimize the collateral damage from repairing the leaks, which I didn't expect and ended being a lot more work for them. Needless to say, I highly recommend them for any plumbing problems.

We had several unrelated plumbing problems this week; Steve and his sons fixed them all in a few hours. We are very pleased with both the work done and the reasonable cost. After the problems were seen, Steve quoted the costs on each so we knew what we were facing. Pleasantly surprised! Less money than expected. Anyway, we are happy with our water heater, 2 new toilets and faucets. Thank you.!!
