My order was wrong and my wife's tenders were under cooked. I didn't find this out till I got home. I called and asked for a refund and was told to be at the store the following day. I met with a woman( manger supposedly) and she refused to give me a refund. In fact, she back handedly accused me of being drunk at the time I visited the store. She looked at the time stamp on the receipt of 3:55. Apparently the fool doesn't realize the store isn't open at 3 in the morning. This is one of the worst experiences I've eve had and I've lived all over the US.

The food was excellent! Chicken was seasoned perfectly and so juicy. I went with a huge group of people and everyone enjoyed it. I am so thankful that Kerrville FINALLY has a great chicken restaurant. Everything was correct in my order and the people were very friendly. Love the drink machine as well. Will be back again soon. So glad that Popeyes is here!!

I've been there four times. Got all the way home...order very wrong. They gave me 50% off next meal they titled " Make it right meal" but they got that wrong to. I throw my hands up in the air! !

Check your bag before you leave. Didn't get the right order and they asked if wanted honey and jam and said yes and didn't get that either. Frustrating.... This is the 3 rd time this hapless. Won't

be back.
