Provided by YP.comThis is a wildlife and native plant sanctuary dedicated to the flora and fauna of the Hill Country. Self-guided nature trails will teach you as you stroll through the grounds and end up at the edge of the scenic Guadalupe River.
Inside, you will find a small gift shop, and a visitor center. (Youngsters may enjoy seeing Martha, the tarantula -- yes, she is in a cage....and Lizzie, the TX lizard.)
Allow 45 minutes to an hour. The outside walking trail is open daily from dawn to dusk.
