I first contacted their location on Junction Hwy. I already knew the structure we wanted for our ranch. What we didn't know was how to prepare the site. If we are spending $9000.00 for a metal building I want to make sure the site is done right. I was told they didn't do anything with the site prep and when I asked if they could refer me to someone who does they quit communicating with me. So I then contacted their location on Bandera Hwy and started the conversation up again. All I was told in response to my questions was that they would work with us on the site. It was really fragmented communication and we eventually had to talk to the owner who was really nice and referred us to a man who does site prep for these buildings. So why couldn't we have just gotten this information to begin with? Bottom line: we got our building done and it is great-however you need to know that the site prep will run $1500.00 or more depending on the size of your building and levelness of your site. They should tell you this when you are budgeting for the building because without a proper site to put your building on you can end up spending more money in trying to make it work.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Could not be more pleased with doing business with this family!
