They were/are very professional, understanding, and compationate in meeting the patient's concerns and needs. I am very glad I've been and am being treated by Dr. Franklin and his staff.

Initially I came in to the office to treat only my spider veins. But they were able to see that I had a more severe condition that runs in my family. They called my insurance and they were able to cover it. They were able to schedule me late appointments to get the treatment. Overall great experience. My legs look great and highly recommend them.

Dr. Franklin was very patient and extremely thorough in helping improve the look of my ugly veins. His staff is always prompt and friendly, allowing me opportunities to ask questions in order to feel great about the work they are doing.

I never was aware that the whole discomfort of legs moving
up and down was due to vein abnormalities!!! i just assumed because i'm on my 23 rd of teaching that it was a normal thing when i go up and down and stand all day........
i never liked the one area of spider veins in my one leg so had made appointment here.......so after evaluating both of my legs, my veins were not flowing properly............

Dr. Franklin and Dr. Herron are the best Vein doctors! I have had previous varicose vein treatments at various doctors in Texas and none compare with the excellence in skill, patient care and concern as these doctors! If you are in need of varicose vein treatment, you need to schedule a consultation with these doctors. You will not regret it. My life is forever changed thanks to them.

All the staff is extremely helpful and patient. Dr.Franklin is the nicest person and has such a great bedside manner..you don't see that as much anymore! I'd been putting off having this procedure, now I feel blessed to have found such a great place that's made it so much easier.
