Tucker Bass comes out when you are out of water. Maybe it's just ants in the electrical connectors & a small charge. Maybe the membrane in your above-ground tank goes bad. If your down-hole pipe develops leaks or a submersible pump goes out, Randy Bass gets a crew out & they drive to San Antonio to get a new pump so you are out of water for the shortest period of time. In 2011, while Edwards Aquifer Wells were going dry, Tucker-Bass custom built a 7500+ gallon storage tank for our Middle Trinity Aquifer well much prettier than a black plastic tank. Even with power failure, we have 2 weeks of water. These are wonderful people who care. They come out when it's 10 degrees or 100 degrees to get you back in water. I wouldn't use another company. We have had residential & agricultural wells in Cypress, Sonora & Kerrville. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
