I have been to a lot of events held at The Red Fern. I have never been disappointed for a minute. It is classy, beautiful, a lot of parking and the food has always been outstanding.

I'm surprised and saddened by the negative reviews I've read here and elsewhere. My two experiences attending multi-day events at the Red Fern were very good overall.

Was very dissapointed with staff and attitude of workers at neices wedding. Felt bad for her she was treated badly along with rest of my family. Reading some of the other comments on sites makes me believe this isnt the first time. Would not recommend this place for an event, choose somewhere else wisely!

I would have to agree with the current ratings. I recently had my wedding there and the staff and management were very rude to me and my guests. They were very nice right up until the wedding day. Yes it is a beautiful place but the people are very rude. When you work with the public you need to be people friendly. That never happened my wedding day. So for anyone out there looking into the The Red Fern for a wedding spot, think again. It maybe worth it but it is a big headache.

Staff and owners VERY RUDE. Would of had better customer service at a self service gas station. Place looks nice--and that's it. Get what you pay for doesn't apply to this place, unless you love rudeness. Hopefully their poor customer service and lack of will drive them to sell.



Loserville....!

I had my wedding at the red fern recently and was not very pleased. Yes it is a very pretty place but the staff and owners were very rude and inconsiderate to my guests and my cake person and my DJ. The rudeness started as soon as we arrived to the banquet hall. We also informed the one of the managers that we did not want a tip jar out because we already paid well over a $1000.00 in tip when paying for the food and the beverages and even for the some of the decorations that they put out, but they still put the out. I also had a groom's cake made for my husband and it was supposed to be out by our main cake and was not. When we went over to cut the cake i had to ask the staff where my grooms cake was. It was in the back. Alot good that was doing back there. I had talked to the main lady about the groom's cake a few days before the wedding so they knew about it. Not a really friendly facility. But not all the waiting staff were rude just the main ones that u would have to deal with.
