The staff broke into our cars, stole from us and left us stranded while we were on our rafting trip. They were incredibly rude to us and had no kindness or help to offer even though it happened on their property. It is a scam, and incredibly dissapointing. The cops admitted that this is a regular occurance.

My husband and I have been rafting with Smokey Falls for 19 years. After the first trip we made it a yearly family adventure by including our 6 kids and extended family. We learned to value team work while we enjoyed beautiful scenery and exciting rapids. The last falls are awesome! The river challenges us each time like the it did the first time. The people are friendly and helpful, and appreciate your business. Ralph never fails to welcome us no matter how busy he is. His rafts are always well maintained and have handstraps for easier dumping and hanging on for dear life! He also makes available to his guests the option of renting helments and wet suits.

The only negative I can think of are the guests who litter, throwing cig. butts and junk on the river for our hosts to clean up. I am glad they don't judge all of their guests by those slobs! Debi

this was the best rafiting trip we have ever taken, the staff was very helpful, kind and funny. The trip was amazing! The water wasnt that high in the area, but we certainly didnt know it, we never had to pull our raft. the falls were so much fun. The owners son, I think his name was Antone was a riot! What a guy! We were trluy pampered. till we got on the river that is, just kidding , the river wasnt that kind, it was however ,very exciting, if youre in it for fun go here,if you want an unexciting lazy river run, go somewhere else. the waterfalls were everything we heard they were, big and beautiful, and maybe lil scary, the last one for sure!
