I am just about as angry with a company as I can be right now. I needed to speak to a customer service representative so I called the number on the back of my card. After chosing from among the first 10 options and then chosing from the next 5 the recording asked me to enter my user ID. Well I don't call that often so I tried a few that it could be and none were correct. There was no option if you forgot your ID. I tried again and chose a different option hoping to be able to get through without an ID. No luck. So I decided to call my branch. The branch where I have 3 checking accounts, a savings account and my safety deposit box. I called that number 3 seperate times and each time the phone was answered and then immediately it hung up. What a poster child PNC is for having the worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time.
