GEO has multiple field teams with diverse experience but is has a real problem with nepotism. The claim that "GEO’s core values are honesty and integrity, without exception" is a joke. They fire people for following environmental regulations that incriminate their work practices. They are well outfitted but bias analyses that mask true values and have poor calibration practices. GEO would be a good company if they upgraded their good-ole-boy mentality to a more professional workforce.
