John walked all through the store with us and showed us a variety of types and price range for recliners. He advised us of the benefits and warranties on each. He was very patient and receptive to our feedback. It was a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to work with John in the future☺️

This was our first visit to Good's Furniture, and it was a great experience. From the moment we walked in we were very impressed because we were not 'hounded' by a salesperson. The salesperson we did have was very helpful and impressive. Her name is Megan and when we come back we will request her for a salesperson. She was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable!! We purchased a Flexsteel chair and a half and ottoman for our den, and we can't wait to get it :) We got to meet Mary and she is such a nice lady!!. We finished up our visit with lunch at the Wine Cellar. And I give the Wine Cellar 5 star rating as well!!

Don't worry if you have to drive a few miles to get to Goods, the amount of time & gas you'll save over from going to store to store to find what you would need to buy in your price point is invaluable. Their sales people are highly trained to assist you to get you where u need to go and will explain everything to you clear & fast. The price is cheaper than all stores and so is the Tax rate. Suggestion to call for wkends to give a heads up to a salesperson in the area you want so they will be looking for you so u have a salesperson quickly. During the week it does not seem to be a problem to show up.

We had a fun day at Goods. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted for our four season room and our helpful associate showed us a multitude of options. She was very patient and knowledgeable. We chose a sofa and were pleased with the fabric selections. We also enjoyed lunch in the Cellar.

Excellent service. Our sales person knew his department so well and really listened to what we told him that we wanted. We ended up buying a sofa and chair even though we were originally just looking for a sofa. Never felt rushed or pressured.
