I've taken all my fur children here and have had perfect pet care. i can board them when I'm away and know that they will be cared for without worry. I have had a few emergency needs and have been given helpful advice on what I needed to do to get vet care when they were closed. They know my fur kids and their needs by their names, past and present. Everyone there is caring and knowledgeable. My own doctor doesn't know me without looking at my chart.

I called to find out how much it was to put my dog down whom is miserable and suffering for a horrible skin disorder on top of stomach issues and his aggression has gotten really bad. The lady who answered the phone is rude and needs to be taught customer service skills. She hung up on me before I could even mention all of the other issues he has been having but her answer to the problem is to "well list him on facebook"... Um no. He is a five year old pit bull once they become aggressive or have been in a fight with other animals then 90% of the time they stay aggressive. She made me feel very disrespected and did not offer any helpful information. I did not appreciate being hung up on at all.
