Provided by YP.comWas a customer for a little over a year. Nice facilities. Solid online banking system. Other than Nora, no representative I spoke with was overwhelmingly nice or pleasant. I started considering switching banks when my debit card info was used fraudulently. Granted, this was not their fault. However, during the period of time that I had no debit card or access to my checking account funds, they tacked on several fees for me being below my account limit. I understand that the process is likely automated, but to not do anything about it once brought to their attention seems a bit lackadaisical. My final issue was when a merchant charged me double the amount of the credit card receipt I signed. The merchant was unwilling to cooperate which left me hoping my bank would help me out. After getting frustrated with the process and lack of help from STB, I called in to the Toulon office a final time. Still, the STB employee I spoke with refused to offer any assistance other than suggest I continue to try to contact the merchant. It became obvious to me at that point that the company, in general, has little-to-no empathy for their customers.
