Three new products, the heavy-duty stainless steel basting spoon, conical bowls and triennium beverage service, from The Vollrath Company won awards at the Annual Smallwares/Tabletop Competition in 2005. The company produces products for the foodservice industry and OEM customers throughout the world. Its products are designed and manufactured from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, molded plastics and fabricated steels. The Vollrath Company provides made-to-order products per client specifications and offers a variety of stock drawn shapes and shells backed by warehouse of existing tooling. Product categories are divided into buffet and tabletop service; carts; cookware; kitchen essentials such as turners, ladles and spatulas; mobile equipment like serving equipment and kiosks; steam table pans and accessories; warewashing, including racks, dollies, stackers and flatware handling containers; and warmers, merchandisers, induction and carriers. The Vollrath Company has a branch facility located in Kewaunee, Wis., where it employs nearly 165 people.
