Texpack is a manufacturer of paper cones for the textile industry. The company s products are sold around the world in a line that includes paper packaging products, as well as paperboard for use in the company s converting processes and for the sale to third party converters. Along with paperboard the company creates composite cans, laminates, composite boards and paper bags. Subsidiaries of Texpack include Conitex Sonoco, a yarn carrier producer and Papertech, the paper division of Conitex Sonoco. Both of these subsidiaries were formed when Texpack became involved in a joint venture with Sonoco Products. Texpack's packaging division includes four companies, Lamitech, Bandinex, Compositub and Paperbag, making four different products for several United States and European markets. Texpack USA is located in Miami and Texpack Europe is located in Barcelona, Spain.
