When we called 8 a.m. June 20, 2022, Doug answered the phone right away and scheduled a technician that morning. He also texted back to let us know the name of the technician and when we could expect him. Bryan checked the inside unit and outside unit. He recharged it since our coolant was low AND showed us where the AC drain line was so that I can keep it free from debri and dirt. Zip...zap...the job was completed in record time! I called AAA Sub Zero on a Sunday afternoon and he called me back first thing the following day. I told him about my A/C issue and he did a troubleshooting. I thought it would be a major repair because my compressor was not turning on. It turned out to be a bad thermostat. He happened to have a new one in his truck. After installation of the thermostat, the unit turned on and worked perfectly. I was very satisfied with AAA Sub Zero's work, very professional and honest individual. I highly recommend this Air Conditioning repair company. I would not hesitate to call them and use their services again.
