I contacted Dawson Marine Services seeking practical advice about a marine electrical issue I had to solve. John Dawson spent a long period of time on the phone with me, a long period. His evaluation of my problem and his suggested options were comprehensive and impressive in scope.

Drawing on his 25 years of Coast Guard experience plus his accumulation of practical commercial experience he has accrued since, John provided me with the diagnosis, suggestions, and recommendations I needed. Although my problem does not fall under the umbrella of services offered by DMS, I will certainly take my business there when future needs arise. Highly recommend this business.

Following Irma I found my boat sunk by the bow in the canal behind my house. Luckily John Dawson and his crew were working across the street on another property and within minutes he was surveying the situation for me and offered his services. Within just a few hours he had my boat back up on its davits and absolutely clean , now looking almost new again. He's a 25 yr veteran of the USCG and knows everything there is to know about boats and the marine environment. His work is absolutely professional and can't be done any better by anyone! I plan to use him exclusively in the future for further electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance.

I called many other companies and they all told me they would come look at my boat the next day and no one ever showed up. I then called Dawson Marine Services and that same day someone was out at my boat checking it out. I had them replace the bilge pumps on my boat and tear off the carpet on my trailer and replace it with new. I was so impressed with their work that I called them back to install a GPS and do some rewiring on my boat. They were very fast and reliable, they told me step by step of what they were going to do before they did it. I was very impressed with this company!!!
