the worst in communication, promised to have something done ...4 weeks ago, called her, called her husband....made another appointment to pick up our older boat cover...never even show up. she simply just do not care, do not concern what she promised ! it happened to many people that we know ...



if you want something done, she is not the one to do your work,....because it will never get done. It is over 1.5 month, we are out of our old boat cover and she does not cal...finally she made promise and she broke the promise again and again.



What a business person, I just cannot believe , it could be that bad.



It is really a shame.'
