Great staff, nice selection, & personal touch

Key Largo Florist is a truly impressive florist in South Florida! The owner, Gary Brodken goes the extra mile and more to please his customers. I specifically, searched for a local florist as opposed to going to 1-800 floral service providers and I was truly wowed by the quality of his flowers and the dedicated customer service.

I called them beginning of February. They were supposed to call me back and email me some examples of flowers. No call/email back three weeks later. Called them and they were sorry they forgot. Emailed me some information with questions. I emailed them back the same day! Still no anwser a week later! I called three days in a row and no one awnsers and no anwsering machine. And their email stated a payment was due by Feb 27th! Can't pay for something when they haven't even helped me find my flowers!!! My wedding is two weeks away!
