Horrible customer services! A few friends and I were looking for a nice ice cream place to visit while on vacation. We found this place on line and thought we'd give it a try... big mistake. As we came in we were greeted by "we don't have cones or smoothies" then my husband asked if they had a specific flavor the server follows with "if you don't see it we don't have it".. At this point I'm ready to walk but i I was there with friends so I was trying to be patient but then we ask for a sample and we are told "NO". I'm sorry I work to hard for my money to get treated poorly so I walked out. I was so bothered by the service that I walked in back in to ask the server her name and she replies with "you don't need it". We drove a few more miles down to DQ something I can get back home but at least their customer service was better.

This place is amazing. Did I say AMAZING! Being a native from New York myself, when I walked into Mr. C's Ice Cream shop I truly felt like I never left New York!!! The Ice cream is Out of this world...Fresh, Homemade, All natural ingredients made right there on the premises!!! WOW!!! I came to find out that the owner has been creating his own recipes for over FOUR DECADES!!! This guy knows his ice cream!!! I will definitly be coming back. By the way...dont get this place confused with Mr. G's Blue Bell ice cream.
