Worse than disappointing. They are thieves. They towed my 25000 excavator from the side of the road when I was doing work for FEMA and Cajun Navy after the hurricane. I reside in La and left the hoe with folks continuing to help . No one told me it was towed. Anchor towing or my workers never called to let me know. I found out 2 weeks after they towed it... they told me it was going to auction the next day . The fines were $4970. I agreed to pay the fine but they would not give me a day to fly back with the cash fine to get my machine. They put it to auction at 7 am and said no one was there so it was their machine now. Ive had to file police reports, a civil lawsuit and hire an attorney to get my machine back . Pure greed. .. Very bad people.
