Best Body Shop AND mechanical shop in South Florida. I know from personal experience. They are polite, prompt, honest and most importantly the know their business and do it in a professional manner. From an Oil change thru an engine rebuild to complete Body work. This is the ONLY place to go.

If you have some cheap car what you don't care about and if you need just paint something on it, sure go to them. But if you have some car what you love and care about every detail, don't ever go there. They don't care about detail orientation and attentiveness.
They also don't listen what you asking for, for example I was saying "Don't put the nameplate on the trunk, I'll do it by myself!" And of course they found it inside of vehicle and stack it there wrong.

Also, work takes too long, paint front bumper took them ONE MONTH!

The customer service for this establishment is awful. I have been trying to get a range of time to get my car back because obviously we all have things to do and the lady who answers the phone is a totally annoying and refuses to give me any information. They also love to take their time so if you want good customer service and fast repair do not go to this establishment. That being said I will never go to this place again.

Cooper's took a bad situation and made it easy. They also did a wonderful job on repairing my car!
