I consider Dr Wagstaff as my personal Dr. Practically Everything he's done over the years has been spot on! I guess the only other Dr that I would see if I actually went to the hospital, Dr Wagstaff in my opinion is a very very good Doctor!! , I'm sorry I left out one of the most important things about their business, the two young Lady's at the desk, are very nice, and if you ever go there, I think you'd be very pleased that you went to KW

PA Cameo Hehe is VERY thorough and compassionate. She made me feel comfortable and took her time to explain (in terms I understand) why I was experiencing so much pain. Ms.Cameo referred me to a specialist but asked that I keep her posted as to my Care I continue to receive.

Dr Wagstaff is great as our family doctor. He's always friendly, caring, and compassionate. The best part is, there's no appointment necessary. After moving from the mainland and having to wait weeks for an appointment, this is definitely a refreshing change.

I was pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the nurse and PA, but the front desk receptionist was quick to dismiss my insurance card, refused to actually LOOK at it to see that it was actually valid under their coverage, and when I returned the next day after calling her to be SURE they DO take Cigna PPO she argued with me, told me they were closing soon, the boss was gone already and they “ don’t HAVE to take my insurance because they are a private practice!” Wow! It’s too bad her attitude can taint the atmosphere of the whole office! I was told I’ll have to come back ( for the third time) if I want to be reimbursed. Needless to say I left angry and thinking that she needs to be replaced. Sick people do not need the extra stress of a cranky and compassionless receptionist.

new ownership with Dr. Wagstaff who is well trained, personable, and caring. His receptionist is friendly, kind and welcoming . No appointment needed. Easy location and ample parking.

Better go to the bank first, Lady at the front desk has no clue how to handle insurance claims. I will never go back! Go somewhere else!
