I'm making an effort to write about them becaues I'm just blown away by their service. In this day of poor customer service and bad attitudes, these guys are the absolute BEST! They put the rest to shame! I highly recommend them. They are fast, they are efficient, they do good work, they are friendly and their prices are in line. They're our go-to for iPhone and iPad repair.

After spending several hours on the phone with Bellsouth customer support I was ready to chuck my computer out the window! My Outlook Express decided to crash, the whole system was running slow, and no one could figure out why! You never know how much you depend on a computer until you don't have it! Greg first tried to help me over the phone and then came to my house the next day. He fixed all my problems with email, updated my firewall and spyware, and then I dragged him over to fix my kids computers! Salvation at last! I would highly recommend Keys Technology to anyone who wants the job done quickly, correctly, and with no hassles. Thanks Greg!

Peter and Greg were very professional, friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Unlike the "geeks," from a nationally known retailer, who screwed up my systems and charged me for it, High Powered Help cleaned up the spyware on my laptop and got me up and running with file and print sharing. I was always informed of what they were doing, and the turnaround was very timely. I will definitely use them in the future.
