Had a wonderful experience at Niles. Dylan Pinder helped me find and purchase the most beautiful car for my budget. I didn't feel like I got the typical run around you usually experience when buying a car. I went home with something more beautiful than I would have thought I could afford the very same day we started shopping. I'm very pleased with how they do their business and will be returning. 5 stars!

These guys are among the worst of all time for service, and rip off artists to deal with on a lease. I leased a 2014 Cadillac SRX from them and the service department has been horrible. At times they have even discouraged me from oil changes when going on long trips even when Cadillac was telling me it was time for it. I had numerous problems with electronic tech in the car due to a leak from a manufacturing defect. After breaking down over 1000 miles from home due to Niles' inept service department's incorrect assessment of the problem, I was forced to go to another dealership's service who determined what the problem was and fixed it. That dealership could not believe that Niles had charged me. Miller in Ellicott City MD got all parts and labor free for me from Cadillac. It is what Niles should have done for me in the first place. If you live in the Keys, go to a Miami dealership. It will save you a lot of grief.

a nightmare everytime!

these people are crooks. after buying my car there, the next day my whole console lit up.I drove 30 miles back & after 4 hours of the run around they told me they would fix it,if it was cheap enough. they had me come back 3 more times & wait 5 hours each time till the 4th time they did it & charged me! they also did a break inspection & told me everything was ok. didn't trust them,so went to Sears. 1500$ worth of immediate repairs. breaks, rotors, & tie rods were shot. Niles are liars, thieves, & dangerous.

The worst. 0/5 stars

I had my car towed to Niles because I genuinely trust GM dealers. Was I ever wrong. Not only do they over charge (watch out if you are a woman), they lack attention to detail and are extremely rude. The mechanic didn't even bother to pop back on my ignition face plate. He chose to leave it in my center console. Also, they wrapped my AUX cord behind my AC and radio controls. Not only that, but now my AC button turns on/off while I'm driving. I took it back in to alert the service team of these issues and the mechanic rudely told me that my car is old and that he replaces that part of the AC "all the time". I told him that it was running just fine prior to bringing my car to Niles and he just walked away. Seriously? Then his manager said that he would have only gone through my ignition to fix what was wrong withy car. When I showed him the AUX cord issue, he had no explanation for how that could have happened. Unacceptable. Clearly they removed it, but won't fix what they broke. Niles service should be ashamed of themselves. Good luck to whomever have the misfortune of going there. The "extra mile" seems to equal expensive, mediocre service with an attitude. I will never go back.

Poor service.

3 new vehicles from this dealer in key west for my business and even under warranty I'm am completely disgusted with there service department. No call, no communication, no help, not one repair completed or fixed right. The only reason there still open is there the Chevy dealer within 100 miles.
