I cant begin to explain how satisfied I am with the splendid service I received during this routine maintenance. The young technician, I believe his name is Robertsi, despite his age was about as courteous and helpful as a service representative can be. He checked everything, and informed me of any issues that might occur if I did not properly maintenance. Keep him, very good worker.

I wish I could give a less than zero rating. These people are a menace. My wife purchased a set of tires here for over $800 plus another $80 for a special warranty. When the tires went 20,00 less than guarantee manager said he'd do nothing since we did not take the car back to Sears in Key West every 4000 miles for rotation and alignment. Seats Key West used to honor guarantees on tires 15 or 20 years ago, but this manager is impossible and extremely rude and abrasive. I explained to him he should do something for me since the failed to do a proper front end alignment on my sons car and destroyed wheel bearings on a 95 Jag of ours when mounting tires in the past. Jag dealership told me they had done the damage. Manager ordered me off the property so I suggest everyone STAY AWAY!

This Sears Store is nothing like all of the others in the State. ANd I love it
