Having been denied entry aboard the Celebrity Ship Constellation on Monday, November 23rd, 2015, because my Military ID Card was not good enough for a member of your office, I feel compelled to express to whomever that individual is how devastated I was to be left, on foot, in Fort Lauderdale, without my suitcase which contained all of my COPD medications, causing me to take a taxi to my home, incurring a $200.00 charge to my credit card, because proof of 27 years of service in the Army of the United States was not good enough to prove who I am. Since you ruined my Thanksgiving holiday, I want to wish you and yours a blessed one.
