Our buyer is currently using them. We were suppose to close last month, but at the last minute, was told that closing was delayed, however they were not even given an estimate on when they would be able to close. So far, it's been over 3 weeks, and still the mortgage company is still saying that there's a delay, but not able to provide a date. The loan has already been approved, so I'm not sure what the delay is from. This company provides no update or communication, kept everyone in the dark. We are at their mercy and there is nothing we can do about it. All they are saying is that they are 'Busy'. To me, it sounds like they have no idea what they are doing.
