V and F auto worked on my CRv car - made it look new again and did a great job keeping me informed. Frank is involved with helping his customers be satisfied. I appreciated him taking time to speak with me and to dealing with the rental initially provided by my insurance. I'd go back there if i need to but hope there wont be that need if you know what I mean. Thanks V and F auto.

My son's car was rear ended by a drunk and had some frame damage. I wanted the best and a friend of mine who is in the insurance business referred me to V&F. I have dealt with a lot of different shops throughout my years and all I can say is WOW!! The attention to detail of the V&F technicians goes unmatched. We are very happy with the quality of the workmanship and you can not tell the car was ever hit. The car was delivered as promised and was immaculate. These folks take pride in their craft and it really shows. The office staff is friendly and professional and I could not imagine a smoother transaction. Take your vehicle to V&F with confidence knowing the job will be done right.

We were sent to V&F by our insurance after being rear-ended. I had never heard of them and was a little leary because.... well... our insurance company sent us there. They did an awesome job. They used a refurbished bumper (per our insurance company), but you'd never know. They buffed out the entire car which had been quite dinged and scraped from son that likes to circle my car with his bike (we have since instilled a "no riding by the cars" rule). If you look really hard, you can see one deep one, but that wasn't even what it was there for. I think they even straightened out my front license plate some that had a little bend to it. They cleaned, vacummed and shampooed the entire inside. It's like having a new car again. All this and it was done one week earlier than they had estimated. I would definitely use them again and recommend highly.
