The Yellow Rose is probably one of the best diners in NJ and a well kept secret. The food is 5 star the service is 5 star and the management has turned this place around ten fold. Unless, you can see the future you shouldn't predict the outcome of someone else venture. I have no connection with this diner othwer than being a happy customer who stumbled upon this great diner on the way home from Sandy hook. It was the best detour I ever made to avoid traffic and my husband and I know frequent the place as often as possible. Food menu is diverse, fresh, plentiful and delicious.
