I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people at Urgent Care Maui! They really do care about their patients. I suffered a shoulder dislocation and fracture at a nearby beach while we were on vacation. I was really in a bad place. The lifeguards on duty recommended this specific urgent care location, and I can see why. Dr Mia Carson attended to me and was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job in alleviating the pain I was experiencing. I really love Dr. Carson. I even told her that I wished she was my regular doctor. I was likewise impressed with their very caring staff.

Samantha and Tina were knowledgeable, compassionate, cheerful, and went the extra mile to ensure that I was getting the best medical care. The people here simply care about their patients, they really do! Simply everything you'd want in health care. Nobody likes to go to Urgent Care, but if you have to, I would highly recommend the top-notch care provided at Urgent Care maui.

I had been seeing a Naturopath for a urinary tract infection. We had tried the good ol' cranberry route already. I had a prescription for an antibiotic but needed it for a longer course. There are some issues with prescriptive rights in Hawaii which caused a problem in issuing a further prescription on a weekend. I went to the Urgent Care clinic for assistance.

The doctor whom saw my issue differently even though I told him I had been feeling better with the antibiotics and was almost there in feeling back to 100%, did not think it the right action to continue with the antibiotic and anti-fungal I was taking. He did not introduce himself to me or I would be inclined to use his name. Although I wanted to be respectful of the doctor's knowledge at the Urgent Care Clinic to be sent out the door with you are fine, just go buy a couple of gallons of cranberry juice left me feeling a bit put off. Maybe I should of demanded what I wanted better/firmly??

All I can saw is you know when you are being put off... it's a gut feeling and one should listen to that

So $190 for that without insurance... unacceptable!! I somehow doubt he will be following up. Only one star from me .... Dr.???

I received excellent care at this facility. The front office staff were very friendly, the physician very compassionate, and I was in and out within 45 minutes.
