IESI Corporation is an environmental services company dedicated to the collection, transportation and disposal of nonhazardous residential, commercial and industrial waste. Divided into Northern and Southern regions, IESI has facilities in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania in the North and Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Missouri in the South. IESI was founded in 1995 and has grown rapidly through a combination of strategic acquisitions and internal growth. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, IESI maintains more than 50 transfer stations, recycling facilities, landfills, collection facilities and sales offices throughout its market areas, including a location in Kilgore, Texas.
