DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING HERE! Kim in the office is RUDE. Major pest infestations in the apartment. Every month they come and 'inspect' your apartment. They open EVERYTHING- including your drawers and refrigerator and snoop around- can you say illegal! If you need help with an issue on the property- DONT go to KIM! She could care less. She is rude to children too. This 'woman' needs to be fired. There are stray cats all over the property. If you go and throw out your trash, dont be surprised when they jump out at you. There is also dog poop all over the grounds- when its a pet free complex??? Parking sucks. I cant even walk without my neighbor beating the floor from below. Bees are all over the property. And did i mention how rude the office is. Not to mention the creepy maintenance man who isnt friendly either. I will NOT be renewing. If anything- i will be attempting to break my lease.
