A huge thank you to Dr. Hellerich and the entire staff at North Creek Animal Hospital. They bent over backwards and rearranged their kennel to allow my pets to stay while I was evacuating for Hurricane Laura. They were kind, compassionate, and took great care of my pets. It gave me such piece of mind knowing that my animals were being well cared for during the evacuation.

North Creek Animal Hospital Is the only place we would take our 2 Dogs! Not only are they well staffed and clean,they call you and your pet by name.
If your pet goes in for anything other than yearly shots they call and check up on them to make sure they are responding well to the treatment they sent you home with.

We took two strays that had been dumped out by our property in to be examined. Both dogs are in very bad condition. The staff and doctor all were very compassionate and gentle with the dogs. The degree of professionalism without being cold and unfeeling was outstanding. They were very thorough in the exams of both dogs and explained very well what they were doing and what needs to be done for each dog. They gave us an estimate of all costs before doing anything. The costs were very reasonable and surprisingly low. We highly recommend the North Creek Animal Hospital of Kilgore to anyone looking for great veterinary care.

We took our new kitty here for a exam, the vet was very professional and caring, all the employees who took care of yogi were so caring and compassionate! I highly recommend this vet service! And will continue to use their services. Tku to all!

Very knowledgable. First time to see my girls, we felt very welcomed and left feeling like they were taken care of. The vet explained treatment and what our follow up visits will Intel.

DO NOT take your pets here!! The vet and staff do not care about your pets comfort and well being, they only care about making money. I wanted to get my puppy spayed, they REQUIRE you leave the dog overnight for observation. I'm not comfortable leaving my pets overnight and I'm perfectly cabable of watching my dog and making sure she is ok. When I asked if I could take her home they told me no because they need to watch her overnight, but when I asked if someone stayed there overnight the answer is no we all leave at 6pm.

We took our sick kitty into North Creek in Kilgore, TX and found that the staff cared about our furry friend as much as we did! The care was exceptional, the staff took the time to explain how to care for our sick kitty, and what to do and buy and how to do in order to avoid a hospital stay! We would recommend North Creek to anyone!

We trust all the people at North Creek . They are all very helpful, friendly, and thoughtful. Dr. Hellerich has always helped us with our pet's problem. We appreciate Dr. Vancil too. He has been a great help with our cows. We are pleased they are here in Kilgore, Texas....Thanks, North Creek.
