Wonderful customer relations. Very respectful and clean location. I had an issue with a rental car from Maryland that I drove to NC, and they graciously helped to rectify the situation in no time. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Courteous and sweet fine young men at this establishment.

It was a horrible experience we came to pick up our sub compact car that was reserved for Dec.23 2015 and no car told us to come the next day which is the 24th also didn't have a sub compact but a jeep patriot which was harder on gas. The reason for ordering the sub compact was to get better gas mileage also we wanted to leave early in the morning of the 24th not after 8 that's why I ordered for the 23rd which was a week in advance no discount for the gas usage.
