Very friendly and accomodating staff! Rooms need upgradea. Need to get dragonflies under control. Also 5 flies in our room! Grrrrr

from the start we had nothing but problems with this hotel! first they lost our reservations then when got to the hotel and checked into our 3 rooms we had one of the rooms keys didnt work, then we got that problem fixed, atfter that problem got fix the room locked and no one could get in or out and my sister was locked in by her self, so we called the front desk and they informed us that maintnace was gone and the problem would have to wait. so we were not happy from the get go my husband finially got the door open after shaking it. while checking out and teling the manager about our problem they told us we could get a discount and they gave us 6.50 off of our rooms i would never go back to this place it was bad!
