My experience was awesome from the time I called just to ask about the hours. Then the receptionist was very helpful..from booking the appointment to helping with directions, just overall a very friendly person. Our stylist Courtney was AMAZING!!! I have a three year old son and have just not been able to get his haircut right. It was like a bowl cut and she consulted with us for a few minutes to make sure we were on the same page and then gave my son an awesome haircut,. Her patience was also great, of course with a three year old he was moving all around and she was still able to deliver an awesome haircut...I only wish I lived closer so I could come back for myself and my son all the time!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this salon!!
