Absolutely horrible. Just that simple. I do not know any other simpler words, or ways, to say it. Just be CAREFUL and AWARE of everything

Theyre renting our house out. After 2 months of nothing i checked the internet to see how our house was advertised. The only thing I found was on realty.com and there were no pics or details (rooms/baths). Our house wasnt even on their website anymore. I had to post it on craigslist, zillow, and hotpads myself. My house is very clean. I vacummed/washed out the cabinets, vacuumed/washed closet shelves, I even went to the extreme to mop my garage floor. We moved out and carpets were washed, everything in the house worked, nothing was wrong. We pcs to Ft.Benning Ga and violetta calls me saying the house is filthy, the carpets need to be rewashed, and there were some things that needed to be fixed. I was furious and violetta was giggling about it until i had to explain that I was pissed in order to get her serious. My neighbors cousin did the first walk through with violetta after we left and said it was fine. I told violetta not to do anything to the house with "their people" to call me with an estimate.. Never got an estimate. We finally got renters (yea!!). We got a bill for $1,700 because they "remodeled/repainted" our house and recleaned it. I told them we werent going to pay for it because theyre suppose to notify us if they do work over $300. I bought $150 in paint cause Annita said someone liked the house, but not the color and would move in if we bought paint and that never happened. So they pocketed the first rent payement and part of the next. Had to replace all 3 toilets after "their people" worked on the house out of pocket cause Homeshield didnt kick in yet. Had to fix the dishwasher and washing machine which we never had problems with. Oh and when the plumber called them they cursed her out and gave her a number to a radio station. The plumbers secretary called back and said she wouldnt deal with them. So my husband had to play the middle man cause i wont deal with them either theyre so rude. Our AllState insurance agent had a hard time with them just to put them on our home insurance like we were told to do. Its been about 5 months and for some reason our payments are late or short and we dont get notice or a receipt. After our 12 months is up were going else where with or without the tennants. I feel sorry for what our tennants may be going through. Were also going to report them to jag and the BBB.
