Good job i definitely recommend

We've been using All Tune and Lube Killeen for over 2 years for two different owned cars and have found their shop to be helpful, honest and a pleasure to do business with. They always tells it straight and gives a fair price and service has always been excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and the service is good. In my opinion All Tune and Lube Killeen has everything that I look for in a good auto shop. When out of town with a mechanical problem, They have always been willing to help over the phone and advise us. Great service and terrific people has been our ongoing experience. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have been going to complete car care since 2007 with all of my family's vehicles - my family has owned or leased a Pacifica, Dakota, 2 Stratuses, a focus, and a Ram 1500 in this time. The main front desk technician has always been amazing, he once towed my car to his shop and didn't charge me, and another time he brought my car back to me when I couldn't get a ride over to their shop. Their prices are reasonable and they make sure to try to save you money by not doing unnecessary work. I took the focus once with a diagnostic code for the alternator, after looking at it, instead of it costing a few hundred to replace the alternator with labor they found it was the wiring between the battery and alternator, which cost me less than $200 out the door with labor. A lot of people do not know that this company is here or that they are so amazing but I think that more people should check them out rather than just go to a place that you can see from the highway.

7 Aug 12, received a phone call from the owner (Joe) of Complete Car Care to discuss why I gave his business such a bad rating review for the work that was done to my wifes car. Apparently the email that I sent directly to Joe�s email account never made it to his inbox; this would explain why I never received a response from Joe prior to posting my review on DexKnows. Nevertheless, Joe and I have come to an understanding and his "Make It Right Attitude" has convinced me to revisit my original posting and reevaluated the rating I initially gave Complete Car Care. Joe has agreed to completely check out my vehicle to ensure that it is safe to operate; I accept this condition and understand that incidents such as mine are not common practice. Is there something else that I could have done before posting such a negative review...YES of course I could have, (possibly call the shop) and since I did not, I am willing to retract my initial review and give Complete Car Care a rating of 4 Stars....I will consider making this 5 Stars after they check over my vehicle. Now, would I go back to Complete Car Care for future repairs to my auto(s)? The answer to this is YES, of course I would!

In response to John Mazzalla, Mr. Mazzella should of contacted the shop with a phone call asap if there was a problem. No e-mail was ever recieved. Its truley hard to believe If that much work is missed the customer should of called the shop asap.We have a great reputation in this town for quality work at a great price. All work is checked prior to leaving. so this is hard to grasp. If there is ever a problem like this we will take full responsibilty and repair the work

Complete Car Care did some work on my wife’s car, which included replacing the timing belt, water pump, and some other maintenance. I was initially pleased with the friendly service and the cost I was quoted on the above mentioned repairs. They worked fast; maybe too fast! Here is what happened. Dropped off the car on Saturday, and vehicle was ready for pickup on Tuesday; not bad. However, they failed to do the following: did not tighten the top motor mount (I removed the two mounting bolts with my fingers), the engine cowl was just sitting on top of the motor, no bolts or screws holding anything down (god knows where the bolts and screws are, I had to go out and buy some), and the air intake hose was missing the worm clamp. I sent Joe an email outlining the problems that I found hoping that he would respond to my email. He has yet to reply back; in the mean time I fixed the faults myself. Bottom line here is, Complete Car Care needs to do a better job with the reassembling one’s car. Neglect such as this could cause other issues down the road, not to mention jeopardizing the safety of the vehicle occupants. Had I not checked under the hood of the car, who knows what damage might have occurred?

Went to Joe at Complete Car Care to have him look at my sunroof that was broken. He called me the next day saying he SEALED it closed without even asking me whether I wanted him to do it or not! THEN, 2 months later my sunroof is now LEAKING again and I go back to him and he didn't remember me, my car, what he did, NOTHING! I had to show him the paper and then he said it was just a temporary fix, which he NEVER told me when I had to pay $100 for a job I didn't even want done in the first place! I talked to another guy who works on sunroofs in Houston and he said Complete Car Care did more damage than good by sealing my sunroof. I will NEVER go here again!

I had a blown head gasket on my 99 ford lighting. I also wanted some preformance work done at the same time. I called several shops in the area and no one could compair to the to the price and customer service. they did everything that i asked and even got my truck back to me three days earlier than they told me it would take. my truck runs better than ever!!!! THANKS GUYS

I WAS HAVING AN ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE RUNNING ROUGH. ALTHOUGH THE SHOP WAS BUSY, JOE SQUEEZED ME IN AND THE GUYS HAD MY VEHICLE REPAIRED IN ABOUT 90 MINUTES. AFTER VISITING SEVERAL SHOPS WITH UNSATISFACTORY RESULTS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GENTLEMEN AT THIS FACILITY.

I recently took my car there because my AC was blowing hot air. They informed me the entire compressor needed to be replaced along with basically the whole AC system, and I was given a $1,250 quote. I took my car to Al's Super Center. The compressor was fine, there was an electrical problem so the AC system wasn't getting power. Al's fixed my AC for $275 doller. If I had listened to Complete Car Care I would have gotten riped off for over $900. I definately wouldn't ever go there again. They are either crooks or idiots.

called around to several auto repair shops to get my car in for repair, and this shop stood out from the other just by the way they answered the phone and they concern to address my issues. not only was the customers great, but my car was repaired same day and all my issues were taken care off .great job. they have a new customer for life.
