Terrible service! We got a new battery from them because our car wouldn't start. They checked the alternator and the battery and said the alternator was fine but the battery needed to be replaced. Less than 24 hours later the car wouldn't start again. We took it into a shop to have the starter checked but they couldn't even run the test because the battery wasn't charged. They ran a battery test and it came back as below industry standards. They jumped the car for us and we went back to AutoZone to ask for a new battery. They were extremely rude to us, spoke to us like we were complete idiots, wouldn't run the test in front of us until I said that was necessary, and the kicker...made us take out and put in the battery ourselves! Seriously?! I did not appreciate at all the way they treated us and I had to make it very clear to them that we would never be doing business with them again.

I went to this AutoZone for buy new battery and they did not have my size battery.When I returned to my car , my car won't start so I back inside the store and asked help me out but nobody help ! They said that we don't have a jumper cable so you have to ask to somebody.

I called my road service and they help me out.

This AutoZone has no costmer service.

Smaller than your regulat autozone store. Carries just the basics and sales items.
