Provided by YPmobileThey don't care about our loved pet's. All they wanted was money 700.00 in my case. No results for my dog. I was told to come back a week later for more tests. This place is absolutly the worst vet clinic I have ever seen. Trust me it wasn't about the money at all at least not for us.

I had an appointment on October 15 at the Bansfield clinic here in Killeen, TX (2500 Centex expwy) regarding my 6-week-old English bulldog puppy. My vet tech, Tina, was very indirect with me, did not make much eye contact and did not answer my questions thoroughly. She seemed to be having a bad day because her demeanor was all wrong for a professional atmosphere. She did not seem to give me the information I was asking for and was very short with me. My boyfriend was in the room with us and she made it seem like he was the only one in the room. I made a comment about cleaning up puppy mess, being funny, and she made the comment, "if you don't want to take care of a puppy, don't get one." I was absolutely appalled and offended. When asking her questions about what kinds of food & treats I should feed my pup, she seemed uninterested and told me that it was up to me, rather than give me suggestions or a personal opinion of her own. When it came to agreeing to a wellness care plan, I felt rushed to make the decision on whether to spay my pup (keep in mind that she is only 6.5 weeks old) and when I told her that I'd like to talk it over with my boyfriend and that I had not yet made a decision, she seemed agitated. I agreed to and signed a care plan and while checking out at the front desk, I was only informed that I had a four day window to cancel if I chose to do so, nothing more. I called the office on October 18 to cancel because I found a vet clinic better for my dog and was informed that I would have to pay an additional $279.00 to cancel my plan. That is absolutely ridiculous. The manager that I spoke with, Christen, was not helpful and was extremely short with me on the line. I was never informed that I would have to pay anything to cancel. That is their responsibility to let the customer know what they are getting themselves into. I finally called the corporate office and spoke with Andrew, who was a little more helpful and explained it a bit more to me. I was then transferred to the Killeen Bansfield once again (when I originally did not want to speak with them --- my reasoning for calling corporate in the first place) and was put on the line with Tina, the said vet tech I originally was not happy with. Again, she was very short and rude. If she is a manager, I don't think it is professional that she has piercing in her face & visible tattoos on her neck. A manager is a person who fills out time cards and writes a schedule. Who is really a manager in this clinic? I can't seem to find anyone that is helpful or nice at this office. I will be paying the remainder of the vet bill I received but I WILL NOT EVER return to Bansfield. By far one of the worst experiences I've had yet. I will find better service & care for my dog elsewhere.
