The service at Bell Mini Storage is great. Tiffany is very easy to work with, and always has a solution for your storage problems. The facility is well maintained. And I think it's wonderful that they added truck parking to their offers, now that rigs can't park in the city limits any more. I love Bell Mini Storage and will recommend them to anyone.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have been with them about 1 yr and wouldnt use anyone else. Their prices cant be matched

I have rented here for over ten years. The last two years i have been unable to get in my unit. I reported a broken door and it is still unfixed. I was promised month after month it is being looked after. Still no resolution. I truely hope this new management will do a better job. So far they seem like they want to do the right thing for their customers. I like storing here because of the location, size of the units, and the price.

They have recently undergone a management change and they are not friendly or professional in any manner. They have harassed several occupants over changes they have attempted to implement. They have approached my father and locked is unit that he has been diligent in paying each month over a supposed returned check from over a year ago. He had settled the payment in cash before with the previous managers but has not been denied access due to their lack of records.

Best prices in town! I think it might be because they are retired military. They have always been nice and good to me and my wife. I recommend Bell Mini Storage for your storage!

I have stored family valiuables of my elderly parents for many years. I would not go any where else. Good place, managers are good old military peoples. The only problem I had was my door got stuck. They had it fixed the same week so all was good.

I looked at a lot of places to store my stuff around town. Bell had the best prices and I learned that the units are bigger than other place because they have 12 foot ceilings instead of 8 foot ceilings. I was able to stack my stuff 4 feet higher which was tons more boxes and a lower price. I was so hapy because I could get all my stuff in a smaller unit which help me even get a better deal. Also I can pay my rent online while I am out of the country. I highly recommed this storage place!

I have been using Bell Mini Storage for a few years now. This is the best place in the area! I have 2 storage units and I rent a place to store my old car. Bell has the best rates, trust me they beat everybody elses rates. Yes it does look old but its because it was the first storage place built in Killeen, hence "Bell county". It was built by Mr. Bell himself. This is a good solid place if you are looking for safty and price this is your place!

I have been renting at Bell Mini storage for 11 years. This is the only place in town I will rent from. Yes it is kinda old but it is the BEST! They have the best managers and they will help you with anything!!! Trust me I have needed help with things over the years and they are always very helpful. The managers are the BEST!! They have been there since before I started renting. They are honest and plain nice!!! If you want to pay for fancny go ahead!!! I rather pay for honesty and safty and best place to store my stuff!!

Please contact me, at this time I am attempting to file a lawsuit against this company. The information you provided states they were robbed in October. They told me they were robbed the week of Thanksgiving. As usual the information is conflicting. I was originally told only 3 or 4 units were hit, 2 days later its was 30 or more. The stack of letters to mail out was less than 15 and none had names on it at the time I arrived. I will be checking with a lawyer. Post on FB Killeen,Tx

Be advised that the week before Thanksgiving this place was robbed. No attempts were made to contact the owners of the unit as of this date. Gates are locked from 7pm to 7am, so was this done during the day. Did the managers and security help. the time delay allows time for the merchandise to be disposed. By sale or whatever. At no time was an apology made. A truck would have been needed as the volume from my own unit, over 700 lbs. Two persons based on what was in my unit and the fact that the whole row had been robbed. The remaining items boxes and totes not stolen were almost neatly replaced. An inside job, I think so.

Whatever you do make sure it's not renting from bell mini storage. We storage had just got broken into and they failed to call us and the kpd. The people there are rude and don't have how to do their job, they only thing they did was send a letter to us the same day our storage got broken into ( doesn't sound right does it?).they will not tell you who owns the place and you can't leave the owner a message, cause it's not their fault or problem but IT IS and they know it too...GET ALL YOUR STUFF OUT NOW IF YOU RENT FROM THERE!!
