We use Carol's for all our patch creations. They are great and have the patches ready when they say they will be. Can't expect them to have a while you wait turn around after seeing everything involved in setting up the machine to create your design. Once your design has been created have had turn around in one day when I forgot to order early. Great personnel service and I recommend to everyone.

Called to get some embroidery done simple nothing fancy, the lady said sure some in and we'll do it while you're waiting. I get there then the guy at the counter says nope can't get it done till next week....I was like WTF.Yeah they have been there for 20years but with customer service like that they'll go under soon, plus the store is the same as it was 20 years ago when I went in there when I was a private in the army.Be cautious look elsewhere.

They do a great job working with you to make sure you get exactly what you need.
