wish I could give these guys a ZERO! Not only did they over charge my insurance company; but they quoted me one price and billed me another! After every procedure I paid what was told I needed to pay. Six months later I get a call stating I still have an outstanding balance. They told me it was miss quoted to me; but I still needed to pay. What!? My treatment planned corresponded with what I paid how could I be wrong? This is one thing that will go on my credit and I don't care. They are the devil!

I had to wait more than 1.5 hours from my arrival before I was even called to have X-Rays done. 5 others that arrived after me were seen before me were seen before me even though them only just arrived. Once my X-Rays were completed I was taken to an exam room and had to spend another 15 min before someone arrived to start my examination. then after my examination it took another 15 minutes to get checked out. If you call for something they just put you on hold and never come back to talk with you. This place is not customer friendly and I wasted more than 2.5 of my sick time from work, which is money from my pocket, to spend most of it sitting around waiting on these people. There prices for their service is a lot higher than other dental offices. My wife canceled her appointment with them and had the same service done at another dentist, that she really enjoyed visiting, for almost half the cost. This dentist office is just an assemble line operation!!!!!!!!!!!! Find someone else to visit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
