I recently saw some gorgeous funeral pieces from them so I decided to take a look at their shop during my lunch break. They have great gifts, a wine room and a beautiful building that looks like it belongs in Salado. I bought a beautiful orchid and the girls that helped me were great! Would definitely recommend, even if you just want to browse.

In response to your recent review: First of all, I never spoke to a man, I spoke to "Erin", the recipient of this bouquet. Since this was ordered through a wire service, we have no customer information, only recipient info. Also, I most certainly called and an apology was the first issue I addressed! I then proceeded to ask you what exactly you were unhappy with in an effort to make you happy and tried to schedule a redelivery for a new bouquet. You stated that some of the flowers on the backside of the arrangement were smashed. I then most definitely did apologize! I also stated that I was waiting for new flowers to redo your "Dog" bouquet to come in from our wholesaler and could not make the delivery until after lunch that same day. We specifically ordered every component for your new bouquet since your other complaint was that we did not use the exact daisies. As with every florist, minor substitutions should be expected when you order last minute for same day service. Every substitution was approved through 1800flowers policies, which are stated on their website when you order. You, Erin, stated that you would not be home in the afternoon and to deliver a new bouquet to Charles Patterson Middle School where your mother (Cindy) works, which I again was more than willing to accommodate. The whole situation went "sour" when I asked if the bouquet from the previous day would be available for pick-up(for quality assurance purposes & obviously to recover any hard goods) at the school as well. How would I even know this information had I not called to resolve this situation? At that point YOUR entire story changed, now in an attempt to fix the arrangement yourself, you pulled it apart and said the stems were too short to use in a vase, then you stated the representative from 1800flowers had you "throw it away", which is not their policy, nor I believe any retail business, like I told you on the phone after you made your comments and threats. You don't go to a department store, buy a new dress, find a snag in it, THROW IT AWAY and expect a new one! I never asked "To Inspect" the arrangement, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and offered you a new bouquet. According to 1800flowers, your original complaint was that it did not look like a dog, then the story changed to the flowers were smashed, then the story changed to the stems were too short to your liking. We were more than willing to accommodate you, however, you could not be direct in your answers and made the phone call increasingly difficult, even stating your 'personal issues' which I won't disclose here. One more thing, this person has not ordered from us for "30 years" as this was the first and only order for this person in our records dating back at least the past 10 years. Erin also complimented the bouquet when we delivered it to her door as she signed for it. We assumed we had made her day when she smiled as received it, but according to our phone call which we initiated after we received a complaint via 1800flowers, apparently we "ruined it". We go above and beyond for our customers, we offered a new bouquet, a free delivery to another separate address (and another person) and were very gracious to her on the phone. She escalated the situation, which could have been easily resolved! To the writer and "unhappy customer", who is still unknown to us and claims to have spoken to me, how can we "inspect" a bouquet that was thrown away as claimed? We simply asked to swap the bouquet with a fresh, new one. Please call us, as you know our number, if you have any other discrepancies. -Tammy

I ordered an arragement though 1800flowers.com for my wife and it was sent through Christell's. When it was delivered it didn't look at all like the picture and was quite a bit smaller. I looked online again to compare what I received and confirmed that there was a signifiant difference. I contacted 1800flowers.com. They wery nice and apologetic. Next thing I know, the owner of Christell's is calling me and demanding to know what was wrong. When I told her, she got even angrier and told me she saw the arrangement before it was delivered and I as wrong. Another florist delivered the same arrangement and it was beautiful. The owner of Chrisell's asked about coming to the house and looking at the arrangement and I told her I was not inerested in a replacement from them - mainly because of her rude behavior and arguing with me. Over the last 30 years my famiy has ordered flowers many times from Christell's. I will never order from them again and I will tell everyone I know about what happened. Very poor customer service I never asked for a replacement. A simple "I'm sorry" would have made me happy.

I have been deployed for the past 9 months and each month I send my wife flowers from Christell's. Each month is a different arrangement and if you think the photos online look awesome you should see the end product. They have not let me down yet and the wife is brought to tears with each arrangement. I sent her one that didn't look all that tall...but when she sent me a pic of it it must have been at least 3ft tall...WOW! Once you try these guys you will never try anyone else. Goodbye from Iraq.
