Fantastic!, good people with great customer service!

These guys are great. They tell you what is wrong with your computer and fix it quickly. They are very reasonable, talk English (not techy talk), and are extremely customer oriented. The first time I went there, they were so great that I told them I'd be back. And the next time I needed a repair, I went back. They were excellent again. Nothing was broke so they didn't charge for anything but the diagnostics. They didn't try to fix something that wasn't broke. They said they could recommend some changes when I had time to do it. Now I need to buy something. My PC is still working great. But I want to purchase a wireless router. Don't know anything about them but I trust these guys 100% so I'm going back to get it from them.

I am not a computer person and the staff was very friendly and knowlegable and spent time with me until I understood what was wrong with my computer.

I went in there to make my CATV cable useable. They instead did it for me on the spot and tested it on multiple system to ensure that it was good to go. Very friendly, speedy service, and most of all, I can tell that they care about the customers!
