EXCELLENT JOB! For Ashley Clapper. I don't have enough words to describe how amazing the experience and methods with Ms Clapper was. She worked very hard in and out of the court room to make sure that I had winning results on a protective order against myself. I could not have asked for better services. From the moment I first called until my case was over, I was at ease that I had made the right choice.

Nice folks but completely incompetent. Once they've got your money they refuse to return calls, emails, or text messages (we tried all 3 to reach someone and no one ever returned our calls). The principal of the firm, Dan Corbin, was too busy running for Mayor of Killeen to ensure his clients legal services were being cared for. Typical politician, says one thing and does another.

Ultimately, we had to terminate our contract with them and intend to submit complaints to the American and Texas Bar Associations. These folks should not be practicing law in any jurisdiction.

Same thing the other guy said if you owe the 10 dollars they won't talk to you. Then they make it seem like its all your fault for not doing their job for them today is my last day with them and will never refer anyone to them

My case was simple and Ashley Clapper made it ridiculous and worse!

I live 17 miles away from the non custodial parent and she made my custody visitation out to be like we were 100 miles away! So now my children spend EXTENDED summer possession which is 42 days with their dad (which includes our children's birthdays since they were born in July) PLUS extended holidays, every Thursday and 3 weekends a month! They charged me so much money for something I didn't want!!!

Plus they schedule me to appear in court only to find out they sent the papers to the wrong lawyer so the opposing party obviously didn't show.

They are so unprofessional and incompetent and of course uncaring for you as a client.

I got into some legal issues and went to Corbin and Associates. I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and handled my case in a very professional manner. I have referred many people to them and have never been disappointed with the service I received!

Avoid this place like the plague if you dont wanna be ripped off by dishonest attorneys that care more about facebook than their clients cases. J stapler is the most dishonest unproffesional i have ever had business with.

If you have a legal matter that requires the help of a Family Law attorney, you're likely in an emotional state. If you're looking for an understanding, courteous, competent lawyer - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.



When you first walk into the law firm of Dan Corbin, you will feel like you're taken back to the 1980s. The office feels musty, crammed in the back you feel the agitated staff bustling, and the waiting area looks and feels like you're waiting for a bail bond; the metal bars at the entrance door don't help.



The receptionist is mainly grumpy and short, but when you try hard enough, she'll squeeze out a smile from between her pocks scarred cheeks. Fill out this form and wait. Later, when she walks around the office, you'll be privy to a glimpse of her colorful tramp stamp which stretches over her lower back that spills over her 'skinny' acid washed jeans. Very professional...



A barefooted woman in flip-flops drags through the waiting room, she must be an assistant of some kind, surely that's not an attorney. But wait, no. This is Ashley Clapper, she'll see you now.



She never smiled, was rude throughout, and constantly and vigorously chewed on gum with her mouth wide open, more like you'd expect from someone serving you drinks at a bar.



As she inquired about the facts of my case, her questioning seemed more like being investigated for a crime. No tact, no understanding, no help - just downright rude. If you don't understand what she's saying, instead of explaining it a different way, she'll say the same thing again only louder and a bit ruder, even if that didn't seem possible. When I looked at her in disbelief of her conduct, she caught herself and then had the audacity to say "I don't want to be rude, but...." She's not interested in any information outside her cookie cutter checklist and will just ignore your attempt to bring up facts.



But finally, she compensated her rude behavior with her stunning incompetence...

She made statements regarding entitlements, making an embarrassing calculation error, that are simply incorrect and would have cost good money. She might want to google the law on that again - I did...



Ashley Clapper - unprofessional, rude, incompetent.



Don't waste your time here, let alone your money!

HORRIBLE!!! The front desk lady is extrmelely rude when you call. Also they are horrible at keeping you updated about your case no matter how many times you call, but they sure do keep track of everything you owe them. They even talk to opposing council, charge you for it and neglect to tell you why or what it was about. I am so sick of this attorney, Ashley Clapper= worst attorney ever!!!! Do not waste your time or money here! If you enjoy being lied to and love having ridiculous mistakes made to your case than told she did nothing wrong even though you have witnesses by all means use her. I will be reporting her to the bar!!! Already called for the paperwork. I have never met someone so rude and that did not seem as though she was on my side at all and that has made my case that should have been open and closed a big mess!!! Ashley Clapper has done so many things wrong it is unbelieveable that she even finished school to become an attorney. She has not been practicing long and it greatly shows. Please be warned do not waste time or money here and if you do DO NOT GET ASHLEY CLAPPER AS YOUR ATTORNEY! I have never left a review good or bad in my life but after all the stress, tears, lies, and waste of money I have wasted on this law firm and attorney I had to. Also one of my friends used them around the same time and they are having problems as well with mistakes this law firm has made. In fact they are about to sue.
